From Routine Maintenance to Preventive Maintenance

- In response to conditions such as "low winter temperatures, prolonged equipment operation, and the 2027 Spring Festival holiday shutdown," Xinhui Da Group has introduced a "Multi-Dimensional Maintenance System" for this year-end maintenance, covering mechanical components, electrical systems, lubrication, and other modules to ensure stable equipment operation.

01 Replace the Screen Changer Filter

Before the main machine starts or after it stops, with the adhesive in a molten state, turn on the hydraulic station switch; the filter screen will automatically move in and out. Wear gloves and use a copper scraper to clean residual adhesive from the entire surface of the filter screen. After cleaning thoroughly, remove the filter screen and install a new one.

1.Turn on the hydraulic switch to eject the corresponding screen changer.

2.Wear gloves, hold a copper scraper, and remove the filter screen.

3.Clean residual adhesive.

4.Install a new filter screen.

02 Clean the Hopper Loader Filter

After fully powering off the machine, remove the filter element from the hopper loader. Take out the filter screen, blow it clean with an air hose, then reinstall the filter screen into the filter element and check to confirm the seal is intact.

1.Release the buckle and open the outer cover.

2.Blow the filter element clean with an air hose.

3.Release the buckle and open the outer cover.

4.Remove the filter screen and blow it clean with an air hose.

03 Apply Grease

All transmission components must be greased at least once a month.

04 Clean the Die Head

Before the main machine starts each shift, scrape the die orifice with a copper sheet.

1.Be sure to use a copper sheet.

2.Wear gloves and insert the copper sheet 2.5–3 cm.

3.Scrape back and forth.

05 Automatic Die Scraping Device

Two-person operation (one person wearing gloves holds the film-scraping handle, the other operates the handle): scrape the die orifice from the right side of the die head to the left, repeating multiple times until the film output is flat and free of streaks. Do not scrape the die orifice in the reverse direction; only scrape from right to left with your back to the main machine.

Inspect and dress the appearance of the die head monthly to ensure the surface is free of burrs and scratches.
