After years of deep cultivation in the cast film equipment manufacturing industry, we have come to a profound realization: many cast film machines on the market may look similar in appearance, but once they are put into production, the gaps in film uniformity, high-speed stability, energy consumption control, and long-term operation and maintenance performance are often strikingly wide. The true strength of a machine lies hidden in its invisible core units. For XHD, simply purchasing outsourced components and assembling a complete machine is not our development path.
As a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Provincial Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise, XHD has now accumulated more than 100 authorized patents and 28 software copyrights, covering invention patents, utility model patents, appearance patents, equipment control software, and many other categories. From high-plasticization extrusion screw structures, uniform mixing devices, and four-shaft high-speed winding change mechanisms, to servo-paced winding positioning mechanisms, die cleaning devices, and complete control programs for supporting equipment, these technological achievements prove one thing after another: the key hardware units and intelligent control systems of our equipment are developed and refined through independent research and development, and we refuse simple assembly and integration.
Innovation and iteration in the cast film equipment industry are accelerating, and the market continues to produce patents in the directions of temperature control, high-speed roll changing, energy saving and consumption reduction, and thickness precision. However, the value of a patent does not lie in the number of certificates, but in the actual value of the technology when it is implemented.
Our more than 100 patents plus 28 software copyrights are not a pile of numbers, but a complete technology layout that has been verified in real production.
Compared with minor appearance adjustments and partial improvements, the underlying processes that can truly build product barriers require years of on-site refinement and tens of thousands of trial production verifications. For cast film production lines, patents are not just certificates displayed in a showroom, but technological genes embedded in every structure of the equipment.
The self-developed four-shaft fully automatic high-speed roll changing mechanism is equipped with a servo controller to achieve high-precision positioning and pace control of four winding shafts: one shaft winds, one shaft unloads film, one shaft threads paper cores, and one shaft completes the roll waiting to be changed, enabling non-stop roll changing and reducing downtime losses. The equipment adopts a center winding mode, requires no manual inflation or deflation, and can automatically complete adhesive tape application and paper core loading and unloading. Under high-speed roll changing conditions, the wound rolls are flat and stable, with no tail film and no bubbles, effectively improving film wrinkles and uneven tightness, widely compatible with different thickness specifications, and balancing large-batch production with flexible order changes.
The multi-layer co-extrusion cast film unit integrates the entire process of mixing, extrusion, cooling, haul-off, and winding. It supports multiple width options, can be used as a single machine, and can also be used to build a complete production line. The intelligent control system supports one-click parameter recall and order memory storage, making order changes convenient and adapting to diversified production scenarios.
The self-developed transmission compensation structure alleviates common industry problems such as high-speed vibration and unstable tension, reduces mechanical wear, and keeps the whole machine stable even under long-term full-load operation, extending the equipment's service life.
Relying on multiple self-developed patents, we have optimized the mixing extrusion and multi-point precise temperature control structure, improving pain points such as melt fluctuation, thickness deviation, and gel spots. Large-width production lines still ensure uniform and stable film material, suitable for the production of various raw materials such as CPE, CPP, stretch film, and breathable film.
Standard purchased parts can be bought by anyone, but underlying processes such as screw plasticization logic, roll change buffering, and temperature-controlled melt regulation are difficult to simply imitate or replicate.
With core components independently developed, width adjustment, special raw material adaptation, and customized process requirements can all be modified as needed. Assembly and OEM companies often cannot achieve customized changes.
The technology has been verified under a large number of on-site working conditions, balancing production precision and equipment durability.
The film equipment industry has entered an era driven by innovation, and core technology is the enterprise's moat. More than 100 patents are only the starting point. XHD continues to deepen research and development and improve its intellectual property layout. We are not component porters. We focus on the independent research and development and manufacturing of cast film equipment, break through industry homogenization, and deliver more stable, efficient, energy-saving, and durable complete equipment to customers, helping enterprises reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance market competitiveness!
